Because our products are curated hampers and romantic surprise items, we offer replacements only for valid issues — not refunds for “change of mind.”

This ensures product hygiene, safety, and fairness to all customers.

⭐ 1. Refunds (Not Available)

We do not offer refunds for:

✔ Change of mind

✔ Ordering by mistake

✔ Not liking the product after delivery

✔ Personal preferences

Since our gifts are curated, personalized-style hampers, they cannot be returned for a refund.

⭐ 2. Replacement Eligibility

You are eligible for a free replacement if:

✔ You received a damaged product
✔ You received the wrong item
✔ An essential item is missing from the hamper
✔ The product is defective or not functioning

To qualify, you MUST provide a full unboxing video starting from package opening to final reveal.

⭐ 3. Time Window

You must report the issue within:

⏰ 24 hours of delivery

Requests made after 24 hours cannot be accepted.

⭐ 4. What Cannot Be Replaced

We cannot replace items if:

✖ No unboxing video
✖ Product was used
✖ Minor packaging dents caused in transit
✖ Customer damaged the product
✖ Order returned due to wrong address / no response

⭐ 5. Process for Replacement

Follow these steps:

✔ Record a clear unboxing video (mandatory)

✔ Email us at: cupidscart25@gmail.com

✔ Include your order ID, issue details, and video

✔ Our team will review it within 24–48 hours

✔ If approved, a replacement will be arranged at no extra cost

⭐ 6. Wrong Address / Failed Delivery

If your order returns to us due to:

✔ Wrong address

✔ Unreachable phone number

✔ Customer unavailable

The customer must pay re-shipping charges to send it again.

No refunds are provided.

⭐ 7. Cancellation Policy (Before Shipping)

You can cancel an order only before it is shipped.

Once the order has been dispatched, cancellation is not possible.
