RETURN & REPLACEMENT POLICY

Cupid’s Cart is committed to delivering carefully curated romantic gifts that bring joy to couples.
Because our products are gift hampers and emotion-based surprise items, we offer replacements instead of returns or refunds.
This ensures hygiene, safety, and fairness for all customers.
⭐ 1. Return Policy (No Returns Accepted)
Due to the nature of curated hampers, personalized-style gifts, and sensitive packaging:
❌ We do not accept returns for any reason, including:
✔ Change of mind
✔ Wrong selection
✔ Not liking the product
✔ Gifting preference or expectation mismatch
All sales are final.
⭐ 2. Replacement Eligibility
You are eligible for a replacement ONLY if:
✔ You received a damaged product
✔ You received the wrong item
✔ An important item from the hamper is missing
✔ The product is defective or non-functional
If any of the above applies, we will replace the product free of cost.
⭐ 3. Mandatory Requirement: Unboxing Video
To file a replacement request, you MUST provide a complete unboxing video showing:
✔ The unopened package
✔ The entire unwrapping process
✔ The issue clearly visible
Without a proper video, we cannot approve replacements (this protects both customers and us from misuse).
⭐ 4. Time Window for Replacement Requests
You must report any issue within:
⏰ 24 hours of delivery
Requests raised after this timeframe cannot be accepted, as courier investigations require immediate proof.
⭐ 5. Situations Where Replacement Is Not Applicable
We cannot provide replacements for:
✖ Missing items without unboxing video
✖ Products used or damaged by the customer
✖ Minor packaging dents due to courier handling
✖ Orders placed with wrong address or contact details
✖ Deliveries returned due to unavailability of the customer
⭐ 6. Replacement Process
To request a replacement:
✔ Record a clear unboxing video (mandatory)
✔ Email us at support@cupidscart.in
✔ Include your order ID, issue details, and video
✔Our team will review within 24–48 hours
✔ If approved, we dispatch the replacement ASAP at no extra cost
⭐ 7. Wrong Address / Failed Delivery
If the order returns to us (RTO) due to:
✔ Incorrect address
✔ Wrong phone number
✔ Customer unavailable
Reshipping charges must be paid by the customer.
No refunds provided.
⭐ 8. Cancellation After Dispatch
Orders cannot be cancelled after dispatch.
We do not offer returns or refunds for cancellation requests once the order is shipped.
